Upon arrival, welcome by the local tour guide and transfer to check in your hotel for relaxation. Dinner is served at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Today after an American breakfast proceed to visit The South Gate of Angkor Thom: Bayon Temple, The Royal Enclosure, Phimeanaka, Elephant and Leper King Terrace. Continue visit to Ta Prohm, it has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Refresh yourself with a cold drink/Juice during the city tour. After lunch, visit to Thommanan, Chaosay Tevoda, Ta Keo: small, attractive temple in very good condition, built all the same time as Angkor Wat. Proceed to experience hot air ballooning. Continue to Angkor Wat: Angkor was the capital of Khmer. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat's five towers symbolize Meru's five peaks - the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, we visit to Kompong Phluk Floating Village, about 30 Km from Siem Reap Town to experience the authentic face of Cambodia and learn about life on the floating villages of Tonlé Sap Lake. Arrival at the dock, take a boat trip a long a small stream to the village. During dry season when the lake is low and lack of water those buildings look like the skyscrapers. At this time of the year many of villagers move out onto the lake and build provisional stilted houses. In wet season while the water level rises up again, the dwellers move back to their permanent houses on the flood plain, the stilts now hidden under the water. People made a living by catching fishes produce as well as smelly fish paste, fermented fish, smoked fish, dried fish, dried prawn etc. Transfer back to town for late Indian lunch at local restaurant.Afternoon, visit Wat Thmey or Killing Field, contains a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of victims of the Khmer Rouge. Continue visiting Artisan D’Angkor, a handicraft centre for the wood and stone carving processes. Enjoy 30 minutes massage. Today, we check out and proceed to the airport for your flight to Saigon Arrive Saigon and you will be Located in the North of Vietnam, the “Indochina Pearl” – Ho Chi Minh City, or formerly known as Saigon, is your first stop of the tour. Today explore the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, embark on the boat cruising on the mighty Mekong River. We stop at one of 4 islands in the area for sightseeing.
